More than 60,000 people walked across the 2.7km bridge joining the bayside communities of Clontarf and Brighton. In a formal ceremony in the centre of the bridge, the bridge was officially named the Ted Smout Memorial Bridge. It was with great honour that Ted Smout’s family helped celebrate this occasion and were presented with a commemorative plaque.
Signright has had the pleasure to provide signage for the bridge opening day.
